General Workday Schedule 2026

Saturday, April 4 — 7am – 3:30pm

The first General Work Day at the Beloit Rifle Club for 2026 is scheduled for Saturday April 4th from 7:00 am until 3:30 pm. Scheduled work includes but is not limited to:

  • Replacing target boards as needed on the Main Range and rear 100M-500M Range
  • Picking up trash on Philhower Rd
  • Reinstalling and servicing the wash stations in the Porta-Potties on the Front Range
  • General range cleanup and other miscellaneous projects

Lunch will be provided for all workers who plan on working all day. As usual, the club will provide all tools necessary for the Work Day, but if you have personal cordless hand tools that you could bring, that would be helpful and appreciated.

No advance signup for the Work Day is necessary. We will have a sign-in sheet in the clubhouse that morning to sign-in.

Work items may be changed/updated due to weather and other needs.

Personal tools and equipment are always welcome.

Individual ranges will be closed based on work schedule.


Special Work Days

Indoor Range Lead Cleanout — Friday, Feb 20 — 9:00 am – 1 pm
Remove lead from the indoor range
Main Range – NRA Youth Sport Fest Set-up — Friday, May 8 — 8am – 1pm
Setting up tables and chairs, working on the Ranges, placement of temporary fences and targets
Main Range – Sight In Days Set-up — Friday, Nov 6 — 8am – 2pm
Replacing targets and backboards on Main Range, install numbers for target frames, clean the Clubhouse and set up for Sight In Days
