DESCRIPTION:Range Construction\nContact \n\nGeneral Workday Schedule 2026\n\n\n\nSaturday\, April 4 — 7am – 3:30pm\n\n\n\nThe first General Work Day at the Beloit Rifle Club for 2026 is scheduled for Saturday April 4th from 7:00 am until 3:30 pm. Scheduled work includes but is not limited to: \n\n1) Pick up trash on Philhower Rd\n\n\n2) Build shelves in the equipment room of the new Indoor Range.\n\n\n3) Build target frames for the Defense Range\, East Bay Range and 500M Ranges out back.\n\n\n4) Install wash stations in the three outhouses on the Front Range.\n\n\n5) Pickup brush and cleanup snow plow damage on the Front Range.\n\n\n6) Re-hang the rain gutters on the Main Range cover next to the Range Shed.\n\n\n7) Clean out lead in the new Indoor range.\n\n\n8) Repair frames and replace target boards on the Black Powder Range.\n\n\n9) Replace / repair target boards and frames on the Main Range.\n\n\n10) Repair target on the back 500M Range as necessary.\n \n\n\nIf you have your own Cordless drills / saws for you to use please bring them as the club only has a limited number of tools. If you can’t make the entire day\, come for whatever you can.\n \n\n\nLunch will be provided for those members who work the entire 8 hours.\n \n\n\nContact Brad Mueller – Range Construction Director at 815-218-2944 or reply to this post if you have any questions. Early signup for the Work Day is not necessary.\n\nLunch will be provided for all workers who plan on working all day. As usual\, the club will provide all tools necessary for the Work Day\, but if you have personal cordless hand tools that you could bring\, that would be helpful and appreciated. \nNo advance signup for the Work Day is necessary. DESCRIPTION:We have Cowboy competitions every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. \nWe start registration at 7:30 and begin shooting at 9:00. \nWe shoot 5 fun and exciting stages each match followed lunch. We encourage you to come and see what it is all about. \nRemember your eye and ear protection.  \nBRC members if you are looking for work hours we are looking for help at the shoots. \nThe West Defensive Range will be shutdown for motor traffic until 2:00PM.
