Our work this month will primarily be focused on preparing for he beginning of the construction of our new Indoor Range which is planned to begin in July. To help keep the cost of the Range down, we are doing a lot of the prep work for the range ourselves. We are in the process of removing all the trees and brush from the front hillsides and have rented a large wood chipper to chip up a lot of the brush and putting a lot of the chipped wood on the Archery Walk-Through Range. Most of the trees and brush will already be cutdown prior to the Work Day, but needs to be dragged to he chipper and chipped.
We will also be disassembling the Front BRC Sign and Planter and moving this material to storage. We will be removing the parking lot light near the construction area. And as usual, we will have some weed wacking and general cleanup to do.
Gloves and long pants are recommended, even if the weather is hot. As usual, lunch and lots of cold water will be provided for the Work Day.
